Welcome to Magic Sesame Learning Community, operated by JIFEE-Canada Inc. By accessing our website, registering for a course, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services and Courses

Magic Sesame offers both in-person and online educational programs including academic tutoring, competition training, and enrichment camps. All course content and schedules are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Payment

All fees are payable in Canadian dollars. Payment must be completed at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including text, graphics, videos, and course materials – is the property of JIFEE-Canada Inc. and may not be reproduced without written consent.

4. Code of Conduct

Students and parents agree to follow our academic and behavioral standards for a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Magic Sesame is not responsible for losses or damages arising from class interruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
