Refund Policy

1. Course Enrollment Refunds

Full refund if withdrawal is requested 7 days before the course start date.
50% refund if withdrawal is requested within the first two days of class.
No refund after the second day of class has begun.

2. Camps and Workshops

For short-term camps or special programs, refund requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the program start date. A $50 administration fee applies.

3. Digital or Downloadable Products

Digital products (e.g., online modules, PDF materials, recordings) are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

4. Course Cancellation by Institution

If Magic Sesame cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.
